MOST people on disability have NO Idea that it is avilable! Go to the sight and read up on all the different options! They also have a packet they can send you in the mail! Just because you get the pack they don't bother you or force you to take part in the program! Get the packet sent to you so you can get a closer look at all the info! They have completely restructured the program over the last 5 years. In fact .... They recently started a new thing where they help to provide you with Companies that want to put you to work doing online jobs or phone jobs Or what ever so you can do it right from your home! You can work part or full time and still collect your disability!They used to just pay for schooling and transportaion or what ever you need to try and learn a new skill or start a business that would allow you to maybe eventually get off of disability! They would allow this for a period of years! I think it was 4 -6 years!( I could be wrong about the time limit! lBut ... they allow you to earn an income & keep getting your full disability payments while you started a new business, went to school! And if at the end of the time period you did get off of disability! And you tried to do the new job or skill and it just didn't work out you were assured of being able to get right back on if you need to! With out the refiling to be reinstated! Go to the site and do a search on GOOGLE For US Governmet Ticket to work. There are several different government offices that can help you . to see if this would help you out! You don't have to do it! Just because you inquire about it! Hell! I got a packet about 7 yrs ago to go back to school! And I tried it! But after 7 back surgeries. I was unable to continue! But they allowed me to continue with my payments and they never bugged me to try anything else! I was also trying to start up a new business but it just didn't workout and I was earning about 1,800 a month for 8 months in addition to my disability and SSI! It was great while it lasted!

First contact your local County health dept.They should have a resident dentist that can pull your teeth. So you can start to heal your gums! If you are diabled or low income you should be able to recieve help from them! You may have to sign up at your local Human services dept. to get a medicaid card. If you are diabled or very low income you should be able to get at the very least a medicaid card. This is not the same thing as a medicare card. You may qualify for other assistance too. But.... once you get a medicaid card. (It may be called something else in your state.But it is a medical card that pays in addition to your medicare. Medicaid and medicare DO pay for dental work and dentures! I know this because I had the same problem not so long ago! I found that there are many alternitive things that you can do. During my long search I was suffering and wanting to find a way to cover my gums so that I could eat. I ended up making a simple device out of plastic that I could slip in when I wanted to eat. If you want to know how to make one for yourself. I can show you how. If you can't get any help from Human services or the health dept. Try contacting collages and Universities in your area and see if there are dential student programs that you can be a part of. Some schools have programs that you can participate in where the dental students do the work on your teeth while being supervised their instructors. You can get teeth pulled and even get dentures in some cases. Just contact colleges close to you. Also contact your state health dept and ask for any help they might be able to give! Then if you can't get any help in that way! I will show you how I made my own dentures. From basic things I bought off the net and they look and work just like ones you get from the dentist! I finally got dentures for myself from regular dentist here locally! But they don't fit or feel as good as the cheap ones I made for myself! I hope these ideas hlep!
